Refunds for Digital Goods

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.  Refunds for instant download purchases (digital materials) will only be given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.  

Refunds for Customized Physical Goods

Refunds for customized physical goods can not be given.  These include: signed copies of print books and customized clothing or merchandise.  

All other purchases

For all other purchases, we offer a refund or replacement of your items within 10 days of receiving your item.  The choice is yours. 

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

Please email kaylyonsauthor@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and the items you would like to return. If an item is damaged, we will gladly refund or resend your items.
