Ebooks and Audiobooks:

Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered instantly through email via Book Funnel (www.bookfunnel.com).  Email delivery is normally completed within 30 minutes of order (but can take longer in certain situations).  If you don't receive your delivery email within one hour of placing an order for an ebook product, please check your Spam/Junk mail folders.  Delivery emails from Book Funnel can be flagged as spam/junk for fist-time buyers.   If you find your delivery in your Spam/Junk mail folder, please be sure to whitelist help@bookfunnel.com.  This should prevent future emails to your address being flagged as spam.

Signed Paperback Books:

Signed or customized paperback books require 3 business days for processing.  Shipping in the US is via USPS Priority mail. Shipping and delivery times vary based on location.  Tracking numbers are uploaded as they are generated and logged with USPS.  All shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out.  Shipping charges are subject to changes based on carrier charges.  

Paperback Books:

Shipping in the US is (generally) via USPS Priority mail or UPS. Shipping and delivery times vary based on location.  Tracking numbers are uploaded as they are generated and logged with USPS.  All shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out.  Shipping charges are subject to changes based on carrier charges.  Shipping outside of the US is generally via Royal Mail (UK), and UPS or DHL for the rest of the world.   Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out and is based on location, quantity and type of items. Shipping charges are subject to changes based on carrier charges.

Shipping for physical goods is calculated at the time of check out and is based on location, quantity and type of items.  Most items are shipped via USPS, or UPS ground for orders within the United States.  Orders outside the Unites states are generally shipped via UPS or DHL standard/group shipping.  Tracking numbers are appended to orders when available from the shipping provider. Shipping charges are subject to changes based on carrier charges.
