Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If we need more information or have any questions concerning your order, we will contact you directly. Once we’ve completed your order, you will receive an electronic invoice payable upon receipt. We accept Paypal or Credit Cards.

Book Formatting:

We offer options for both Digital and Print Fomatting.

• • • Print: Interior file layout is $150 for first 75,000 words/$20 for each additional 10,000 words. We offer 5″ x 8″, 5.5″ x 8.5″ and 6″ x 9″. Custom sizes require individual quotes.
    • Digital: $75 for up to 30 chapters (or 350 pages of double spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font in the Word document submitted for formatting).
    • Additional Charges Include:
      • Projects Above 30 Chapters:
        • $3 for each additional chapter

      • Image Insertions:
        • Up to 3 images at no charge
        • Up to 10 for $35
        • More than 10: Contact Me for a specific quote

      • Customized Retailer Links:
        • If you want sales links to your backlist titles placed individually, please include the links when placing your order. $20 per retailer group.
        • We also offer link searches to specific vendors for an additional fee of $20 per hour: Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo and Google only.

      • Repeat Formatting: Sometimes you may find something was missed and needs to be changed after you’ve been formatted but before it goes to print—or even after! We’re happy to put in these changes and re-generate your files. Re-editing on already completed projects starts at $25.
      • Boxed Sets: Prices based on the number of books included:
        • $75 for book 1 and add $25 for each additional book up to four books.
